We are currently recruiting on behalf of our well established client based in the Leicester area for a Permanent Assistant Cleaning Manager, the role will be 40 hours a week, 5 out of 7 days including, late shifts, weekends and bank holidays when necessary. The annual salary is £32000PA.
The role will include:
- Supporting the Cleaning Manager
- Provide a safe, clean and welcoming environment to all
- To comply with the health and safety procedures across the site
- Ensure all staff members are trained and ready for shifts
- Support & Motivate the team, provide feedback where necessary
- Help with recruitment
- Be involved in the deployment of staff members and support in creating the rota's
- Supporting the management team in weekly debrief meetings
- Be involved in the training and development of staff members In charge of the cleaning and waste teams
You will need:
Previous management experience
Experience with Cleaning
NEBOSH
Clear Communication & Resolving Conflict
Skills
The Ability to lead and motivate a team
