We are currently recruiting on behalf of our well established client based in Leicester for a Permanent Cleaning Manager. The role will be 40 hours a week 5 out of 7 days a week, this will include early and late shifts, weekends and bank holidays when necessary, paying £42,000 per annum,
The role will include:
- Helping the delivery of a safe, clean and attractive environment for customers and staff
- Ensure daily audits are complete
- Full and active participation in briefing, outlining business objective
- Provide team support, coaching, development and training including tool box training
- Work in partnership with HR and ensure procedures are adhered to
- Review recruitment, absences and overtime
- Manage stock levels for operational needs
- Engage effectively with customers and clients
- Respond to front line issues and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain a high level of cleaning standards
- Make sure all accidents and emergency situations are recording and reported and any emergency situations are coordinated and business continuity is retained
- Manage all sub contractors for cleaning Work alongside the Operations Manager, and take leadership of the center
- Conduct safe working checks on contractors when required
- You will need
- Experience managing large teams across cleaning, customer service and security
- Experience in organising rotas and working patternsExperience in a fast paced environment
